J.R. Albert Foundation is Committed to the UI Program
The J.R. Albert Charitable Foundation awarded Urban Initiatives a generous grant to support the operation of our health and education soccer program during the 2009/2010 school year. The J.R. Albert Charitable Foundation funds researchers, organizations, and community programs that support nutrition, fitness, and health education, particularly in disadvantaged populations. We are grateful for their generosity and ongoing support of the Work to Play Program!

PHOTOS: Farm Party
The Third Annual Farm Party was a great success! Over 400 attendees enjoyed sipping Beam Global cocktails, while having fun on the farm, supporting a great cause, and many stuck around for the camp out. At the party, we were able to raise funds that will enable us to continue delivering our quality health and education soccer program to at-risk students in Chicago.
