Our Mission

Urban Initiatives' mission is to work with schools, teachers, and parents to boost the academic performance, physical fitness, and character development of children from Chicago's underserved communities by actively engaging them in safe and structured extracurricular activities through soccer programs, field trips, and cultural outings.

Urban Initiatives provides programming to participants free of charge and relies entirely on donations to fund its program.

Farm Party Tickets Now Available Online!

The Farm Party raises money for and awareness about the Urban Initiatives while also having a great time! The event is held in a lovely rural setting by a pond just roughly 35 miles outside of Chicago. Guests enjoy music, dancing, drink, barbeque, games and swimming. Purchase your tickets online!
