By June 2010, the CPS is committed to providing breakfast and lunch menus that exceed the Gold Standard recommendations at all 524 CPS elemenary schools. UI can help our schools to meet the Gold Standard by promoting the nutrition education and physical activity components of the Healthier US Schools Challenge.
