Students and staff at Palmer and Fulton Elementary Schools learned about fair play and the journey of the Ball, from Battersea Park, where the first game of soccer was played, to Brazil, the site of the 2014 World Cup. Afterwards, the students got to play with it! And the final act: signing the ball. However, the players had to head (or catch for goalies) the ball before signing it. Their signatures blended with over 3,500 others on the ball, making it look like one big signature. One Ball, One World.
