In December, Archer Daniels Midland Company and ADM Cares granted Urban Initiatives $50,000 in support of the Work to Play program. The donation will help us both sustain our program at current partner schools as well as continue to expand into more school across Chicago. ADM Cares is a social investment program that strives to make a positive difference in the communities where our 31,000 colleagues live and work.
Having moved their Global Headquarters to Chicago this past August, Archer Daniels Midland wanted to make an immediate philanthropic impact in the city. ADM Cares chose to support Urban Initiatives because of their dedication to providing over 16,500 boys and girls with quality and important sports based youth development programming.
